What is Cortisol Calm?
Stress is a normal part of everyday life, but when it becomes frequent or overwhelming, it can affect how you feel both mentally and physically. Cortisol Calm is a specially formulated herbal supplement designed to help your body handle everyday stress. It combines five natural plant-based ingredients that work together to help support your mood, energy, sleep and mental clarity.
What is Cortisol?
Cortisol is your body’s main stress hormone. When you’re under pressure/stressed, your body will release more cortisol to help you respond to your situation. When stress becomes constant, your cortisol levels can stay high for too long, leaving you feeling exhausted, anxious and foggy. This can even have effects on your weight and sleep. Cortisol calm is designed to help bring those levels back to a normal and healthy range.
What Symptoms Can Cortisol Calm Help Treat?
● Feeling Stressed or Overwhelmed – Difficulty “switching off” even when you have downtime
● Poor Sleep Quality – Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up feeling tired
● Brain Fog – Struggling to concentrate, remember things or think clearly.
● Persistent Fatigue – Low energy that doesn’t get better with rest.
● Stress Related Cravings – Reaching for comfort foods or snacks when stressed.
What’s in Cortisol Calm and How Does It All Work?
Relora® (Magnolia & Phellodendron Bark)
Relora® is a patented blend of two traditional herbal bark extracts that have been used for centuries to ease the feelings of tension and anxiousness. In a clinical study, those who took Relora® for four weeks had 18% lower cortisol levels and reported feeling less stressed, tense, angry and fatigued. Overall, those who took Relora® showed significant improvement in their overall mood.[1]
Sensoril® (Ashwagandha Root & Leaf)
Ashwagandha is one of the most well-known herbal adaptogens and has been used widely to help your body “adapt” to stress and bring it back to balance. Sensoril® is a patented premium and highly concentrated form of ashwagandha that was designed to reduce stress, improve brain function, boost energy and enhance sleep quality. Various clinical trials of Sensoril® have shown it supports healthy cortisol and energy hormone (DHEA) levels, which has shown to improve memory and reaction time. Sensoril® has also shown to support heart health under stress, and even helps with blood sugar and cholesterol balance. Sensoril® is highly standardized and has one of the most comprehensive safety records of any ashwagandha ingredient sold.[2-6]
Suntheanine® (Pure L-Theanine)
Suntheanine® is a pure patented form of the naturally occurring amino acid called L-Theanine. You may have heard about it as it is commonly found in various forms and is also found in certain mushrooms. Suntheanine® works by promoting “alpha brain waves,” which is the same brain state you experience during relaxed focus, like when you’re meditating or deeply absorbed in a hobby. It helps you feel calm without feeling drowsy. Research in both children and adults have shown it supports better sleep quality and helps the body resist the biochemicals known to cause stress.[7-10]
Banaba Leaf Extract (1% Corosolic Acid)
Banaba leaf comes from a flowering tree native to Southeast Asia where it has a long history in traditional folk medicine. Its active compound, corosolic acid, blocks an enzyme that converts the inactive cortisone into active cortisol. Essentially it helps prevent your body from making more cortisol than it needs. Research has shown that it also helps support healthy blood sugar and fat metabolism, which can get disrupted during times of prolonged stress.[11]
Maral Root Extract
Maral root (also called Rhaponticum) has been widely used in traditional Siberian medicine, primarily to help people recover from physical and mental exhaustion. It has been classified as an “adaptogenic herbal remedy,” meaning that it supports the body's resilience and ability to adapt to changes. Early research showed that maral root helps lower cortisol levels and may also positively influence glucose and fat metabolism.[12-13]
